TBS galore

After long days of not being able to sleep and eat, and have a lovelife, the TBS is finally over.

I must say, there may have been some hang-ups (like lack of members who attended and materials that needed to bge bought on the way...), the TBS was a success.

We all have learned from it. And all these things can also be applied to oher aspects in life.

And after all, lumebeleb ang TBS na ito dahil ginanap ito sa restaurant na pagmamay-ari ng pamilya ng National Artist, si Abueva.

The place is owned by my orgmate Jali. Ang ganda ng paligid. Higit sa lahat, maraming art items na naroroon.

At sino ba ang tatalo kay Brownie, ang koi na super friendly. Sa super friendly niya (or may i say kasibaan), kinakain niya ang fish pellets right from our hands!

M.I.- Multiple Intelligences

As part of our requirement in BC 185, we had answered a questionnaire to gauge our multiple intelligences. Mine, clearly points out that i am linguistically gifted, but there still is room for improvements in other fields.

Nga pala, nanalo ang LAsagna Boys over Spaghetti Strap girls and Fettuccini Trio sa M.I. 1 challenges! (not minding the fact na dalawa lang kami ng thesis partner ko na si chris!) Ahihihihi.

We soooo deserve the food prize! Ahihihihi

U.P. A.Y. 06-07 (1st term)

Yeah, it has been a while since i updated this blog. So let me do so now by having a rundown of the classes that i am enrolled in this semester.

MOnday (1-4pm) BC 103 (Fundamentals of Radio Writing)

As a jumpstart to all the things that we wil be doing this semester, we were asked to interview a classmate. Afterwhich, we will introduce this guy or gal to the class. Whoa!

Got to interview my orgmate trish.

Yeah, it was a heck of an activity, done with wit and the element of fun.

Tuesday (1-4pm) (Television Production and Direction)

Aha, we get to play the boss (and a whole lotsa crew functions during this semester).

We were asked what kind of T.V. show can best describe our personality...

I was actually joking about using the show "Ang pangarap kong Jackpot", pero at some point when i was in that class, well, yeah, that could be it. I just realized that my life is a series of failures and thriumphs. But in the situation where i am in now, para nga akong nanalo ng sweepstakes...

At sa klase ring ito, nabansagan akong "MAGGI".... :)

Wednesday (1-4pm) (Advanced Radio Production and Direction)

This is one cool class, i must say. We will be working on PC programs (and expensive gadgets...) to create radio masterpieces...

Thursday (10am-1pm) (Broadcast Media Studies)

The prof is totally liberal, but i expect that we will learn a lot from her. The topics are both interesting and dragging (since this is a pre-thesis proposal class) but i guess, we will be having a nice time too.

Friday (1-4pm) (Radio Speech and Performance)

Do you know the voice behind Globe's "The subscriber cannot be reached...", LRT's announcements, and Philippine Airlines' "Mabuhay, thank you for flying Philippine Airlines..." and a whoel lot more...

Siya kasi ang prof namin sa class na ito e...

Heheheh...

So, ayan. More or less alam niyo na rin ang oras na pwede niyo akong i istalk. Hehe.

candle-lit lunch at the spa

it has been a while since i went to SC to eat lunch with Jil. So, off we go to SC to try what Mashitta has to offer. We stayed for a while, waiting for our orders to arrive when all of a sudden, it went dark. The fan ceased to cool my skin.

Hay, Brownout!

So, out came the candles. Come to think of it; we never had a chance to eat with candles as the only source of light. But, hey, this is not what i have in mind.

Tagaktak pawis galore. And you cannot even fan yourself if you do not want to blow the light source out.

Sabayan pa ng mga manang na daig pa si Dan Brown sa pagdidiscuss ng Da Vinci code diba?
