no more spicy food young man!

had my dental check up today with this new dentist. she happens to be our neighbor lang, so instead of going to my dentist (which is 5 km away), dun na ako nagpalinis.

but before i went there naman, i had my precautionary tactics naman. my whole family went there before me. after positive feedbacks, e di go na rin ako.

so, after a bloody cleaning time... i was advised not to eat spicy foods very often. since it caused my gums to be uber sensitive... ayan...

anu ba yan, kakakain ko pa lang naman ng sweet n spicy lucky me before i went there...
but in all fairness, ang sarap ngumiti! diba dibs bhebhels?!?!?!
